The Vulcan Krewe makes a number of appearances at community events all throughout the year. The types of events we appear at include:

• Parades
• Fundraisers
• Community celebrations
• Special consideration visits

Unfortunately due to very high demand, it can be very difficult to fit an event into the krewe's very busy schedule. However if you would like to request their appearance at your event, you can use the "Contact Us" link in the upper right corner of our website and select "Appearance Request" under the category. You should submit your request as soon as possible at least two months in advance. Few events can be accomodated on shorter notice. However do not let this discourage you because sometimes things can be worked in on short notice.

When submitting your request, please provide as much information as possible including:

• Time and date of the appearance
• Location of the appearance
• How long the appearace would last
• Desired activities at the appearance (truck rides for kids, knightings, other)
• Special considerations
• Any F&B affiliations if applicable
